Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, visit our customer service page and fill out your order information in the return portal form. This will allow you to print a return label. $8.95 will be deducted from your return refund. If you are placing an exchange order, please note in your return form and $8.95 will not be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards. There may also be items that we mark as Final Sale which cannot be returned.

Exchanges
First, place an order for the new item you wish to exchange for. Then use our return portal on the customer service page to initiate your return, and in the comments say that you are exchanging the item, and make a note of the new order number. You will not be charged for the return shipping label. 

Refunds
Please allow 14 business days after we receive your return for the amount to be refunded to your original form of payment.
